Acceptable Use Policy

Vimorph may be used to create speech, translate scripts, localize videos, and generate audio or video outputs when the user owns or has permission to use the submitted content.

Typical permitted uses include creator content, education, product demos, marketing localization, internal training, and accessibility workflows.

Users may not submit or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

Users may not create deceptive impersonation, unauthorized voice or likeness cloning, fraudulent content, harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, illegal content, or content intended to mislead audiences.

Users may not create scams, phishing, identity fraud, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful surveillance, or content designed to manipulate civic, financial, employment, medical, or legal decisions.

Voice cloning may only be used with the user's own voice or with explicit permission from the person whose voice is submitted.

Users must not upload recordings taken from private calls, social media, interviews, movies, courses, podcasts, or other third-party sources unless they have the rights and consent required for AI voice cloning.

Users should review generated audio, subtitles, and translated video before publication, especially when outputs are used commercially or distributed to broad audiences.

When required by law, platform policy, or audience context, users should disclose that content was translated, dubbed, synthesized, or otherwise generated with AI.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, distributing, selling, or using them commercially.

If a user localizes or dubs third-party media, they must have all necessary rights and permissions.

We may remove content, restrict generation access, suspend accounts, or terminate service where we identify policy violations or legal risk.
