Vimorph provides software tools that help users generate speech, translate or localize video content, and manage AI audio or video outputs.

Some features may be free, credit-based, subscription-based, or available only to selected users while the product is under active development.

Users must own or have permission to use any text, audio, video, image, likeness, or voice submitted to the service.

Users may not use Vimorph to infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate others without authorization, create deceptive content, or violate applicable laws.

Free credits, paid plans, and credit limits may provide access to generation features. Credits may be consumed when a task is completed or when a paid service is delivered.

During early access, paid checkout may be unavailable or handled manually through a pilot upgrade flow. Prices, plan limits, supported models, and feature availability may change as the product evolves.

Users may only clone, synthesize, or imitate a voice, likeness, or persona when they own the rights or have explicit authorization from the relevant person or rights holder.

Users may not use Vimorph to impersonate others, mislead audiences, bypass consent, or create deceptive media that could cause harm.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publication or commercial use.

AI-generated speech and localization may contain mistakes, pronunciation issues, or translation inaccuracies.

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, abuses the service, creates prohibited content, or creates risk for Vimorph or its partners.
